Hooray...Atlast the powers that be decided to release their clasp from further strangulating the blogging community. I would like to thank The Hindu for campaigning in our favor in the last one week. Their editorial on this subject was awesome.

Also one more editorial on Civilian Nuclear Agreement with USA, the way US diplomats torment the indians over the agreement, making last minute changes which favors them, delayed technology transfer, Stricter protocols for inspection and separation by IAEA...

What followed was a series of letters to the editor which showed us the spirited indians across the board who are keen to reject this offer summarily. This is the spirit of self reliance and deep faith and belief that we can develop technology indigineously...probably we may be behind by a decade...what is decade in a history of a country...I do not know if the politicians have the guts to reject the proposal...USA has played a clever fox here...made us antoganise Iran... I believe that American Lobby removed Manishankar Iyer from Petroleum ministry...he was a poster boy of Asian energy security and he was parallely working on a system which will reduce the dependance on USA...this is much to the horror of USA...In comes Deora fully backed by USA...Deora, I would say is a Indian born who believes he is an american...plays different roles...most famous among them is playing tourist guide to visiting americans...be it Clinton or Rebecca Mark of ignoble Enron...Government thinks they can allow americans to pursue their agenda through a minor cabinet reshuffle...but fools will believe that it is a routine reshuffle.

And we have a Police Constable in FIN MIN. Great PC. Why Police Con... What is common between both is that, both are good at bullying innocent indians who just mind their own businesses.

Yesterday in "The Hindu" I read a article on the new impolite and rude behaviours that is engulfing organisations today. It happens across the world...almost in all workplaces. Those workplaces range from Football stadium where a restless and edgy coach shouts and abuses his team(Motivates???) to a boss in the boardroom who growls.

This edgy feeling is catching up with all organisations which wants to reach some stupid goals which it has set itself and screwing the workforce downright in fulfilling those fantasies. Yearly targets and halfyearly reviews are light years behind... quarterly reviews are for the millenium that went by...monthly reviews are passe...we are in the midst of situation where thinking about the third week from now is considered long term...short term is today...long term is coming wednesday...Reviews are for everyday...we have this funny tools...audio conference....video conference added to this....most irritating and something pushing the nerves to a point of tautness is the hourly update through sms....that is how life is in sales today...

I am in the field...or am travelling is no excuse for not reading a mail...aircard screws the last bit of privacy in a train and the berth in the train is not as comfortable as it used to be...there were days when after a gruelling day in the field... train journey, especially in the upper berth of a 2nd ac coach was a bliss...Those tiny light at the top corner above your head will give the illumination necessary to catch up with your favorite novel...nowadays a novel remains in my laptop bag for months together...boarding passes use to serve as bookmark...but it is the reverse now...I have as many boarding passes as the number of pages in the book...
